Deck overview

This mono-white typal aggro deck is commanded by Thurid, Mare of Destiny. The game plan focuses on casting low-cost Pegasus, Unicorn, and Horse creature spells, which Thurid duplicates upon cast to rapidly assemble a wide, flying army. Global pump effects such as Cathars' Crusade, Flowering of the White Tree, and True Conviction transform these duplicated creatures into lethal aerial threats. Resilient token engines like Crested Sunmare provide self-sustaining 5/5 Horse production via incidental lifegain. The deck guards its board with efficient protection spells including Flawless Maneuver, Flare of Fortitude, and Rootborn Defenses, preventing sweepers from breaking momentum. While the deck lacks high-speed tutors and burst card draw, it achieves steady board development through high typal redundancy and flexible single-target removal. Combat damage eliminates opponents across a few turn cycles, accelerated by decisive finishers like Akroma's Will.
