Commander: Ojer Pakpatiq, Deepest Epoch // Temple of Cyclical Time

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue instant/sorcery-matters deck is helmed by Ojer Pakpatiq, Deepest Epoch, whose rebound ability doubles the value of every instant cast from hand. The primary game plan is to deploy cost reducers, chain cantrips and draw spells, and eventually assemble a Laboratory Maniac win by drawing the entire library. Secondary paths include overwhelming token generation from Talrand, Sky Summoner and Shark Typhoon, or taking infinite-esque extra turns with Nexus of Fate (which rebounds for a second turn). The deck controls the stack with a dense counterspell suite and bounce spells, but lacks tutors and efficient removal for resolved artifacts/enchantments, making its consistency and speed moderate.
