Deck overview

This is a Dimir graveyard engine deck led by Emet-Selch, Unsundered. The deck fills its graveyard through mill, looting, discard, and normal interaction, then transforms the commander into Hades, Sorcerer of Eld once fourteen cards are present. The transformed commander lets the deck play cards from the graveyard, making spells such as Breach the Multiverse, Cyclonic Rift, and reanimation effects more valuable. Mesmeric Orb, Ripples of Undeath, Vohar, Vodalian Desecrator, and Likeness Looter support the graveyard plan, while Rhystic Study and counterspells improve long-game resources. The main weakness is that transformation takes time and the graveyard is vulnerable to exile. The deck can create a strong board around turn 7, but it does not reliably convert that board into a same-turn or near-term table kill. Its interaction and recovery are respectable for a general-power Commander deck, but its access and finishing power are not competitive-level.
