Deck overview

This deck utilizes the unique Rulebreaker ability of The Unluckiest Planeswalker, allowing 5-color Aura spells and any basic land cards within a mono-red commander framework. The strategy revolves around deploying the commander on curve, leveraging its +1 loyalty ability for chromatic mana fixing and Gremlin token production, and layering debilitating Curse cards onto opponents. As the Aura count climbs, the commander's -3 ability acts as a burst hand refill to fuel further enchantment drops. While cards like Curse of Misfortunes and Overwhelming Splendor can completely shut down key players, the deck's damage output is strictly incremental and single-target. Curses fall into the graveyard whenever an enchanted opponent is eliminated, requiring sequential attrition to close games. Strong redirect spells protect critical pieces, but the deck remains vulnerable to mass enchantment removal and fast combo.
