This deck is an Azorius artifact control strategy designed to assemble and meld Urza, Lord Protector with The Mightstone and Weakstone into Urza, Planeswalker. Early turns focus on accelerating mana through cheap mana rocks, artifact lands, and Urza's cost reduction ability. A dense suite of artifact tutors quickly locates The Mightstone and Weakstone to enable the meld activation on turn 5. Once transformed, Urza, Planeswalker dominates the game by activating loyalty abilities twice per turn, quickly reaching his -10 ultimate to destroy all opposing nonland permanents while granting your artifacts indestructible. The deck finishes games through insurmountable card advantage and combat damage generated by scaling tokens from Thousand Moons Smithy // Barracks of the Thousand, animated 5/5 artifacts from Tezzeret the Seeker, and affinity creatures. Robust interactive spells and graveyard recursion ensure resilient operation against board disruption.
