Deck overview

This Golgari Spider tribal deck controls the board with deathtouch Spiders and fight spells, then wins through poison or drain. Shelob, Child of Ungoliant gives your Spiders deathtouch and ward 2 and turns creatures killed by Spiders into Food copies for value. Fynn, the Fangbearer acts as a hidden commander, giving two poison counters each time a deathtouch Spider hits a player. Secondary wins come from Rotwidow Pack and Ishkanah, Grafwidow draining life per Spider, and from wide Spider swarms boosted by Parallel Lives, Maskwood Nexus and Roaming Throne. Lolth, Spider Queen and Arasta of the Endless Web provide cards and tokens while you grind.
