Mill dimir (duplicated from Emperor190) by kwyn

Format: Commander

Commander: Gyruda, Doom of Depths

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Gyruda, Doom of Depths is the entire engine: the deck ramps to it, then stacks copies, flickers, and clone tokens so each "When Gyruda enters" trigger mills all three libraries at once. The primary plan is a symmetrical-mill kill, usually needing about 23 Gyruda triggers to empty three decks. Secondary paths are Forced Fruition converting each spell into seven draws and, if Gyruda is absent, using Xanathar, Jin-Gitaxias, and a pile of Shapeshifters for value or combat. No true hidden commander; Sakashima and Mirror Box play a supporting legend-rule role. The deck is linear and vulnerable to commander removal because all its best lines trace back to Gyruda's ETB.
