Deck overview

This Jeskai deck pairs Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker and Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder to build an aggressive flying combat strategy. Ishai naturally accumulates +1/+1 counters whenever opponents cast spells, while Bruse Tarl grants double strike and lifelink upon entering or attacking. Low-cost mana rocks and flying cost reducers ensure early deployment of both commanders. Once assembled, the deck applies severe aerial pressure, supported by coastal piracy draw engines, flying lords, and damage multipliers like Gisela, Blade of Goldnight and Fiery Emancipation. While resilient in combat, the plan relies on sequential combat phases and remains exposed to creature removal and board sweepers across multiple turn cycles.
