Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Dragon Tribal midrange engine piloted by Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm. The strategy focuses on accelerating through the early turns using dense 1–2 CMC ramp spells to deploy Miirym ahead of curve on Turn 4. Once Miirym is on the battlefield, every subsequent Dragon spell creates an identical non-legendary token copy, doubling the impact of enter-the-battlefield abilities, card draw triggers, and combat damage. Payoffs like Terror of the Peaks and Scourge of Valkas provide immediate burn damage, while Atarka, World Render and Utvara Hellkite build an overwhelming flying board that closes games in a single attack. The list also includes an infinite combat combo using Aggravated Assault with Savage Ventmaw or Klauth, Unrivaled Ancient as an alternate win condition. A solid suite of low-cost counterspells and hexproof effects defends the high-cost dragon engine against opposing removal.
