Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Gruul combat engine led by Amarant Coral, whose No Mercy ability turns single-target combat damage into simultaneous damage against all three opponents. By pairing the commander with power-doubling effects, extra combat phases, and trample enablers, the deck circumvents the traditional multiplayer weakness of combat aggro by pressuring the entire table equally with a single attacker. The list is constructed entirely of permanents and spell-lands, maximizing internal synergy with creature-based card draw such as Beast Whisperer and Toski, Bearer of Secrets. Disruptive creatures like Ruric Thar, the Unbowed and Manglehorn tax noncreature spells and fast artifacts without hindering the deck's own curve.
