Deck overview

This is a Mono-White tokens and graveyard-value list built around The Queen of Dale. At two mana she loots and can mint a 1/1 Human Soldier whenever an opponent casts their first noncreature spell each turn - up to three recruit triggers per cycle in a full pod. Those tokens feed once-per-turn draw engines such as Caretaker's Talent, Tocasia's Welcome, Welcoming Vampire, and Enduring Innocence, while the discards stock a graveyard that Serra Paragon, Crucible of Worlds, Redress Fate, and On Wings of Gold treat as a second library. The primary win is a wide, sticky board that suddenly becomes lethal under Divine Visitation, Cathars' Crusade, Champions from Beyond, or Moonshaker Cavalry. A three-card loop of Gleaming Splendor, Exalted Sunborn, and Smothering Tithe can instead draw the table out with infinite Treasures. The Queen is the best engine in the list, not a hidden commander or combo piece; the 99 still makes tokens, loops lands, and finishes without her.
