Deck overview

This is a "go-long" Selesnya life-gain and token-populate deck built around Trostani, Selesnya's Voice. The plan is to turn every creature entering the battlefield into life, then convert that life into a massive, tough board through cards like Crested Sunmare, Phyrexian Processor, and Storm Herd. Trostani's populate ability lets the deck copy its best token-usually a 5/5 Horse or a giant Processor token-rather than going wide with 1/1s. The deck has three primary ways to close a game: an alpha strike with an enormous pumped token army, repeated Aetherflux Reservoir activations from a high life total, and the alternate win condition on Halo Fountain. It is a fair, mid-to-late-game battlecruiser deck: no infinite combos, no fast mana beyond Sol Ring, and a high average mana value. The commander is a genuine engine, but the 99 is packed with enough independent life-gain and token payoffs that the deck can keep functioning even when Trostani is answered.
