Deck overview

This deck uses evasive creatures and ninjutsu to build a combat-based card and damage engine. The strongest ordinary line begins with Changeling Outcast or another attacker that is difficult to block, then deploys Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow, Satoru Umezawa, or another Ninja payoff. Successful connections produce repeated cards, mana-value damage, Treasures, or stolen cards from Fallen Shinobi. The deck has good acceleration and a broad interaction package, but many lands enter tapped and the engine needs creatures to attack and remain unblocked. Heroes in a Half Shell adds counters and cards after combat damage, while Raph & Leo, Sibling Rivals adds one combat phase. These effects create strong pressure but do not form a deterministic kill. Triumph of the Hordes and Shredder, Shadow Master are conditional finishers, not reliable ordinary clocks. The deck is therefore a synergistic casual-to-high-power combat deck rather than a cEDH construction.
