Deck overview

This deck is a Jund Lands and Graveyard Midrange strategy commanded by Szarel, Genesis Shepherd. It leverages self-mill and sacrifice mechanics to fill the graveyard with lands and high-impact permanents, then replays those lands to trigger explosive landfall effects. Mana acceleration in the early turns sets up engines like The Gitrog Monster, Six, and Hearthhull, the Worldseed. Around turn 6, the deck converts this resource velocity into overwhelming board states through Cultivator Colossus, Splendid Reclamation, Scute Swarm, and Titania, Nature's Force. While it lacks instant-speed countermagic and dedicated protection spells, its deep recursion through cards like Reanimate, Victimize, and Phyrexian Reclamation allows it to rebuild immediately after board wipes. Opponents are eliminated on turn 7 either through wide trample attacks or direct life drain using Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord and Syr Konrad, the Grim.
