Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Bant Bird Typal and Landfall strategy led by Choco, Seeker of Paradise. The deck aims to deploy cheap, evasive Birds in the early turns, curve into Choco on turn 4, and attack to trigger Choco's ability. This trigger looks at cards equal to the number of attacking Birds, puts one nonland card into hand, and places all revealed lands onto the battlefield tapped while binning the rest. This creates a powerful snowball effect, rapidly ramping mana and triggering potent Landfall cards like Felidar Retreat, Chocobo Racetrack, and Sazh's Chocobo. The deck converts this resource superiority into a game-ending flying assault using anthem effects like Beastmaster Ascension, Empyrean Eagle, and Murmuration. Protection spells such as Teferi's Protection and Unbreakable Formation keep the wide board intact, while efficient removal and countermagic disrupt critical opposing threats until the flying swarm closes the game.
