Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Izzet spellslinger deck is built around Bria, Riptide Rogue, turning every noncreature spell into a blanket prowess trigger and an unblockable attacker. The primary plan is a fast, evasive combat kill: chain cantrips and pump spells, make Bria (or another Otter) unblockable, and finish with extra combat or a storm turn. Kitsa, Otterball Elite is the hidden commander, adding filtering, copying, and the extra-combat payoff with Great Train Heist. Secondary paths are storm-based: Thousand-Year Storm, Leyline of Resonance, and Guttersnipe turn a critical mass of spells into direct damage, while Fortune Teller's Talent plus Sensei's Divining Top can draw the library into a Brain Freeze kill.
