Commander: Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered Grixis combo list built to assemble fast, protected game-ending lines. While the deck focuses primarily on the front face of Kefka, Court Mage to strip opponent resources and refill your hand through symmetrical discard, Kefka functions largely as an optional value engine. The main path to victory bypasses the commander entirely by resolving Thassa's Oracle paired with Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact. Secondary lines use Underworld Breach alongside Lion's Eye Diamond and Brain Freeze or Grinding Station to mill your library and generate lethal storm with Aetherflux Reservoir, backed by robust free counterspells.
