This deck is a competitive Commander (cEDH) powerhouse centered on Magda, Brazen Outlaw. The game plan accelerates early mana through dense 0–1 CMC rocks and 1-drop Dwarves, utilizing tap enablers like Springleaf Drum, Smuggler's Copter, and Clown Car to generate Treasure tokens without relying on risky combat. By Turn 3, accumulating five Treasures allows Magda to tutor Clock of Omens directly onto the battlefield. Pairing Clock of Omens with an artifact Dwarf such as Universal Automaton creates an infinite loop of tapped and untapped Treasures.
