Format: Commander

Commander: Elda, Conjurer of Spectacle

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Elda, Conjurer of Spectacle leads a Selesnya Sliver-and-token deck whose primary plan is to cast Elda early, then use her demonstrate trigger on the first nonlegendary creature spell each turn to double lords, engines, and eventually Craterhoof Behemoth. Silverquill Lecturer acts as a hidden commander, granting demonstrate to every creature spell. The deck alternates between a go-wide Sliver swarm (backed by populate engines like Growing Ranks and Oketra's Monument) and a single overwhelming Craterhoof turn, with a poison alternative through Virulent Sliver. The commander is a tempo/value engine rather than a required piece; protection spells keep the critical board alive through the alpha strike.
