Deck overview

This Jeskai deck uses Captain America, First Avenger to cheat equip costs and turn high-cost Equipment into flexible direct-damage removal. The deck accelerates in the opening turns with efficient mana rocks and cost reducers, deploying Captain America on Turn 3. On Turn 4, it casts heavy Equipment like Ultima Weapon or Genji Glove and automatically attaches them at combat using Captain America's Catch trigger. This setup establishes an evasive combat threat while holding up the ability to unattach Equipment to fling massive damage at opposing creatures or players. Supported by dense protection spells, card-draw engines, and backup carriers like Kappa Cannoneer, the deck steadily eliminates opponents across consecutive turns while neutralizing key opposing threats.
