Deck overview

This Temur Dragon tribal deck is commanded by Ureni of the Unwritten, designed to ramp into massive aerial threats and cheat apex Dragons directly from the library onto the battlefield. The early game establishes mana acceleration through land-ramp spells, mana rocks, and tribal cost reducers. On Turn 5, casting Ureni triggers an immediate top-eight search to deploy game-ending Dragons such as Atarka, World Render, Utvara Hellkite, or Lathliss, Dragon Queen. Haste enablers like Temur Ascendancy and Dragon Tempest allow immediate attacks that trigger additional free Dragons each combat. The deck overwhelms opponents with massive flying power, double strike, and enter-the-battlefield burn from Scourge of Valkas, closing games through combat across Turns 6 and 7. While vulnerable to board wipes and lacking heavy countermagic protection, its high density of standalone Dragon bombs provides natural resilience and reliable recovery.
