This Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer deck is an Izzet artifact-token midrange archetype designed to amass generic tokens early and transform them into a lethal, unified strike force. The early game focuses on deploying efficient mana rocks alongside low-cost token generators such as Third Path Iconoclast, Sai, Master Thopterist, and Retrofitter Foundry. Once mana reaches six on Turn 5, casting Brudiclad immediately weaponizes the board: at the beginning of combat, Brudiclad creates a 2/1 Phyrexian Myr with haste and converts every token into a single chosen token type. On Turn 6, the deck reaches critical onset by copying high-impact tokens like 4/4 Constructs, or by overwhelming defenses with massive shared-type buffs from Shared Animosity, Coat of Arms, or Cyberdrive Awakener. If Brudiclad is removed, independent overrun payoffs allow the wide swarm to close the game with minimal delay, backed by a flexible suite of cheap counterspells.
