Killian by TerikSilverbow

Format: Commander

Commander: Killian, Decisive Mentor

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Killian, Decisive Mentor leads a control-combo enchantress deck that uses cheap Auras, goad, and card draw to buy time and build a massive commander. The primary path is to chain Auras with Kor Spiritdancer, Sram, and Pearl-Ear, then buff Killian with Eidolon of Countless Battles and Sage's Reverie until he can one-shot opponents with 21 commander damage. Secondary plans include Eriette of the Charmed Apple's life drain, Flying token armies from Archon of Sun's Grace and Ajani's Chosen, and the goad-aura package that forces enemy creatures into each other. The deck has no infinite combos or quickly executed finishers; it wins through repeated combat and attrition.
