Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Dragon tribal strategy centered on Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm. Its game plan focuses on accelerating mana through cost reducers such as Dragonspeaker Shaman and Urza's Incubator to deploy Miirym on Turn 5. Once on the battlefield, Miirym duplicates every subsequent nontoken Dragon cast, creating immense flying boards and explosive enter-the-battlefield triggers. Enablers like Dragon Tempest and Scourge of Valkas convert these token copies into immediate burn damage, while combat powerhouses like Atarka, World Render and Thrakkus the Butcher double the offensive output of the flying fleet. The deck features auxiliary Treasure engines via Ganax, Astral Hunter and Goldspan Dragon to maintain casting momentum. Protection spells such as Stubborn Denial and Silumgar's Scorn defend key pieces from board sweepers and targeted removal. Without depending on infinite combos, the deck achieves victory through compounding aerial beatdown and direct burn by Turn 7.
