Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul artifact-synergy and voltron aggro deck helmed by Aerid Konstrari. The strategy focuses on deploying cheap artifacts, equipment, and utility creatures in the early turns, establishing a wide artifact base to power up both mana ramp and damage scaling. Aerid provides built-in ramp via Heartwood tokens on entry and death, while offering a potent mana-sink pump ability that scales with artifact count. In combat, Aerid delivers high-flying commander damage, frequently boosted by heavy equipment like Nettlecyst and Blackblade Reforged. Secondary go-wide token lines powered by Krenko, Mob Boss and General Kreat, the Boltbringer supply alternate win paths when single-target voltron pressure is answered.
