Deck overview

Fire Lord Azula commands an aggressive Grixis spellslinger and combo strategy designed to turn combat into exponential spell velocity. When Azula attacks, her firebending ability generates two red mana, and her triggered ability copies every spell cast during combat. The deck leverages this trigger to double rituals, impulse draw spells, and removal, rapidly churning through the library while building high storm counts and artifact mana. The primary route to victory uses an infinite copy loop between Dualcaster Mage and Electroduplicate, creating an unbounded army of hasty 2/2 creatures that immediately attacks all opponents for lethal damage. Alternatively, the deck can lock opponents out of resources using Narset, Parter of Veils or Notion Thief alongside wheel effects like Windfall, or close games with storm payoffs such as Aetherflux Reservoir. Dense, low-cost countermagic and instant-speed interaction protect the win condition from opposing disruption.
