Deck overview

This deck is a highly unconventional Rakdos Aggro strategy that utilizes a dense Sliver tribal package helmed by Kardur, Doomscourge. Rather than relying on traditional five-color Sliver commanders, this deck leverages Kardur's enter-the-battlefield goad effect to force opponents into unfavorable combat with each other, acting as a massive shield while you build your Sliver hive. The primary game plan revolves around deploying synergistic Slivers to create a lethal combat force, heavily supported by ETB burn effects like Impact Tremors and Terror of the Peaks. By keeping the heat off yourself with Kardur, you can safely assemble a critical mass of Slivers to swing for the win, or drain the table out through death triggers and direct damage. The deck eschews infinite combos in favor of broad combat inevitability, resilient recursion, and punishing group-slug mechanics.
