Deck overview

This is a five-color Phyrexian Praetor tribal deck helmed by Omnath, Locus of All. The core plan is to use Omnath's first-main-phase trigger - which draws a card every turn and adds three mana whenever the revealed card carries three or more colored pips - to ramp into a parade of expensive Praetors. The deck wins through overwhelming combat damage from bodies like Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite and Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider, with Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon as an alternate infect kill and Atraxa, Praetors' Voice proliferating counters. A dense interaction suite of counterspells, removal, board wipes, and protection keeps the board clear while the Praetors grind out the game. There are no infinite combos; this is a value-and-inevitability deck that wins by out-muscling the table over the mid-to-late game.
