This deck is a five-color spellslinger combo deck piloted by Codie, Ravenous Codex that harnesses the prepare mechanic and spell-copying synergies. Its main strategy focuses on accelerating through the early turns using low-cost mana dorks and land ramp to quickly deploy Displacer Kitten. Once the Kitten is paired with creatures that enter prepared, such as Blazing Firesinger // Seething Song, casting the prepared spell triggers Displacer Kitten to flicker the creature. This resets the creature to its prepared state while generating net mana on resolution. Repeating this loop yields infinite red mana and unlimited spell triggers, allowing the deck to draw its entire library via Emeritus of Ideation // Ancestral Recall or Vega, the Watcher and close the game immediately with a massive Crackle with Power.
