Wilhelt the Rotcleaver by OdinsHammer

Format: Commander

Commander: Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver leads a sacrifice-heavy UB Zombie deck that turns every zombie death into more zombies and cards. The primary plan is aristocrats: use Wilhelt to create decayed tokens, feed them to Phyrexian Altar, Ashnod's Altar, or Carrion Feeder, and drain with Diregraf Captain, The Meathook Massacre, or Ruthless Deathfang. A secondary Rooftop Storm package turns Acererak the Archlich into an infinite dungeon loop for extra turns. Poppet Stitcher // Poppet Factory provides token generation on the front and a 3/3 token army without the decayed drawback on the back. Grimgrin, Corpse-Born is an effective hidden second commander as an untapping sacrifice outlet. The deck is built primarily around Wilhelt's draw/token engine, with Rooftop/Acererak as its fastest win.
