No Dáin, No Gain by Boralin

Format: Commander

Commander: Dáin of the Ancient Halls

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Dain of the Ancient Halls leads a Boros Dwarf tribal Equipment deck that wins through go-wide combat and Voltron. The primary plan floods the board with Dwarves, attaches cheap or free Equipment via Bruenor Battlehammer, Forge Anew and Puresteel Paladin, then attacks with Dain - his haste ping deals damage equal to your Dwarf count to each opponent while a hammered Voltron creature deals lethal combat damage. Secondary paths use anthem stacking from Thorin, King of Durin's Folk and Magda, treasure ramp into big Equipment, and finishers like Twinflame Tyrant doubling damage or Akroma's Will and Genji Glove for extra combats. Magda and Bruenor act as hidden commanders, tutoring and equipping without Dain.
