Commander: Saffi Eriksdotter

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Selesnya combo-control deck built around Saffi Eriksdotter, leveraging persist loops and a dense fog suite to survive until the combo assembles. The primary win condition is an infinite loop between a persist creature (Kitchen Finks, Woodfall Primus) and a sacrifice outlet (Ashnod's Altar, Phyrexian Altar, Blasting Station, Altar of Dementia), enabled by Vizier of Remedies to remove the -1/-1 counter. Altar of the Brood or Blasting Station then convert the loop into a mill or damage win. Saffi acts as a protective piece, saving key creatures from removal or enabling additional recursion loops. The deck also runs a robust flicker package (Ephemerate, Cloudshift, Eerie Interlude) and powerful recursion (Sun Titan, Eternal Witness) to grind advantage, while the fog effects (Fog, Holy Day, Constant Mists) buy the time needed to find combo pieces.
