Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos forced-combat and group slug build commanded by Xantcha, Sleeper Agent. The primary strategy donates Xantcha or forces opponents' creatures into constant combat using goad cards like Disrupt Decorum, Kardur, Doomscourge, and the Impetus aura cycle. By preventing opponents from attacking you, the deck turns the table's power against itself while drawing cards and draining life with Xantcha's activated ability. As opponents whittle down each other's life totals, the deck transitions into the late game using high-damage finishers such as Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos, Brash Taunter paired with Blasphemous Act, or a large Exsanguinate fueled by Mana Geyser. The deck excels at dictating combat pacing and maintaining card advantage in casual pods, but remains vulnerable to spell-based combos and exile sweepers.
