Chatterfang 2 by Doomed

Format: Commander

Commander: Chatterfang, Squirrel General

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This is a Golgari token-sacrifice combo deck helmed by Chatterfang, Squirrel General, who doubles every token created and doubles as a repeatable sacrifice outlet. The primary plan is to assemble a compact two-card infinite combo - most notably Chain of Smog + Witherbloom Apprentice for infinite drain, or Chatterfang paired with Pitiless Plunderer / Warren Soultrader for infinite Squirrels and Treasures - and convert it into a win through drain effects like Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Marionette Apprentice. With an average mana value of 1.96, a dense fast-mana package (Dark Ritual, Culling the Weak, Lotus Petal, a dozen mana dorks), and over a dozen tutors, the deck is built to goldfish a win by turns 3-4. Secondary lines include Devoted Druid + Yawgmoth, Thran Physician for infinite mana and draw, backed by a robust token-value engine.
