Deck overview

This is a spell-slinger deck built around Vivi Ornitier as a scaling ritual and win condition. Casting noncreature spells grows Vivi and drains opponents, while her {0} ability turns that power into red/blue mana to keep the chain going. Veyran, Harmonic Prodigy, and Wizard's Staff multiply those triggers, turning a handful of cantrips into lethal damage. The deck also carries the Niv-Mizzet/Ophidian Eye draw-damage combo, a transformed Emperor Palamecia as a graveyard-sized finisher, and a small voltron package to attack for commander damage. Gameplay is linear: develop Vivi, then chain instants/sorceries until the table is dead.
