Sheoldred, the Drawpocalypse by olitologie

Format: Commander

Commander: Sheoldred, the Apocalypse

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-black deck is built around Sheoldred, the Apocalypse's ability to turn every draw into direct damage or lifegain. The core strategy forces opponents to draw through symmetrical engines like Howling Mine, Font of Mythos, and Teferi's Puzzle Box, while punishing each draw with Sheoldred and secondary attackers such as Underworld Dreams and Scrawling Crawler. At the same time, lifegain payoffs (Sanguine Bond, Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, Marauding Blight-Priest) create two-card combo kills once life is gained in a loop. The deck is a mid-range attrition build that gradually drains the table while refilling its own hand and life total.
