Deck overview

This deck is a mono-green ramp and stompy strategy led by Loot, Exuberant Explorer. The game plan focuses on establishing early mana acceleration through 1-drop dorks and land auras, enabling a Turn 2 commander deployment. Loot accelerates land drops and provides an activated ability to dig six cards deep and cheat powerful creatures directly into play. The deck transitions into the mid-game by resolving massive threats like Avenger of Zendikar, Cultivator Colossus, and Kodama of the East Tree. Once a dominant board is established, game-ending overruns from Kamahl, Heart of Krosa, Pathbreaker Ibex, or Overwhelming Stampede grant trample and massive stat buffs to eliminate all three opponents in a single combat step. Defensive instants protect the board from sweepers, while utility creatures handle opposing artifacts and enchantments.
