Deck overview

This Rakdos deck leverages the unique tribal bridge of Rohgahh, Kher Keep Overlord to turn zero-mana Kobolds into flying 4/4 Dragons and vice versa. It accelerates rapidly in the opening turns using efficient ramp and 0-drop creatures, establishing Rohgahh on Turn 4. Once assembled, the deck deploys lethal damage multipliers such as Purphoros, God of the Forge, Dragon Tempest, Terror of the Peaks, and Shared Animosity. Casting low-cost creatures triggers massive waves of direct damage and wide combat swings that eliminate opponents over 2 response cycles. Card flow engines like Skullclamp and Pact of the Serpent sustain resources by converting Kobold tokens into fresh hands. The deck also packs potent interaction like Fire Covenant, Deflecting Swat, and Deadly Rollick to disrupt opposing plays while advancing its board.
