This deck is a mono-blue mill and tempo control deck that transforms unblockable combat damage into table-wide library destruction using The Mindskinner. Because the commander cannot be blocked and replaces all damage with symmetrical mill, every uninhibited swing empties 10 cards from each opponent's library. Equipment like Fireshrieker, Blackblade Reforged, and Commander's Plate dramatically accelerate this mill rate while shielding the commander's fragile 10/1 stat line.
