Deck overview

This is a Naya Saga deck helmed by Sigurd, Jarl of Ravensthorpe, built to deploy Sagas, accelerate their chapters, and convert the resulting value into a wide combat board. Sigurd's boast ability adds or removes lore counters on Sagas after attacking, letting the deck rip through chapters ahead of schedule while stacking +1/+1 counters on his fellow creatures. The primary win path is combat: Sigil of the Empty Throne and Archon of Sun's Grace generate Angel and Pegasus tokens off every enchantment cast, Hallowed Haunting grows Spirit tokens, and There and Back Again plus The Misty Mountains Cold produce Dragons. A secondary line pumps Sigurd himself with Michiko's Reign of Truth and Legion Leadership for lethal commander damage. The deck leans heavily on enchantment synergies - cost reducers, draw engines, and recursion - making it a classic midrange value engine that wins through inevitability rather than a fast combo.
