Deck overview

This Boros Equipment Voltron deck grows Yoshimaru, Ever Faithful with every legendary permanent you play and uses Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar to spread Yoshimaru's combat damage to all opponents at once. You tutor and cheat Equipment into play, make Yoshimaru large with Colossus Hammer, Blackblade Reforged, or Embercleave, then give him double strike, evasion, and protection for a one-hit table kill. Ardenn, Intrepid Archaeologist and Puresteel Paladin act as hidden commanders that attach Equipment for free and draw cards. Backup legends like Amy Rose, Akiri, and Kari Zev plus extra combats from Genji Glove and Full Throttle and triple damage from Fiery Emancipation provide secondary paths when Yoshimaru is answered.
