Deck overview

This Azorius deck leverages The Mighty Thor, Jane Foster to pilot an aggressive Equipment Voltron and artifact midrange strategy. The game plan focuses on deploying low-cost mana rocks and tutors on early turns, casting Thor on Turn 3, and equipping high-impact weapons by Turn 4. Thor's attack trigger blinks Equipment to draw fresh cards on every swing, refueling hand size while triggering potent combat damage abilities. The deck quickly scales into lethal commander damage threats using pieces like Aettir and Priwen, Commander's Plate, and the complete cycle of protective Swords. Redundant equip-cost reducers such as Puresteel Paladin, Forge Anew, and Sigarda's Aid eliminate mana friction, allowing rapid weapon reattachment. Robust defensive layers—including Grand Abolisher, Mother of Runes, and Flawless Maneuver—protect the board against disruption, while efficient interaction handles opposing threats as the deck systematically eliminates opponents across consecutive combat phases.
