Deck overview

This is an Esper connive/reanimator deck built around Raffine, Scheming Seer. The primary plan is to deploy Raffine early, attack every turn to trigger connive, and use the discard half to bin high-impact creatures while triggering discard-matters payoffs like Archfiend of Ifnir, Bone Miser, and Drake Haven. The graveyard becomes a second hand: Entomb, Reanimate, Dread Return, and Unburial Rites cheat out game-warping threats such as Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, Void Winnower, Massacre Wurm, and Dream Trawler. A dense draw/control shell featuring Mystic Remora, Faerie Mastermind, Teferi's Ageless Insight, and a strong counterspell suite provides inevitability. The deck wins primarily through evasive combat backed by Psychosis Crawler drain; it contains no infinite combos, relying instead on card advantage, reanimation, and disruption to grind out the table.
