Commander: Wolverine, Best There Is

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Wolverine, Best There Is is the deck's engine and finisher: a Gruul voltron commander whose damage-doubling turns one big hit into a multiplayer kill. The primary plan is to cast Wolverine early, protect him with boots and regenerate, and stack power doublers such as Xenagos, Unnatural Growth, and Berserk before attacking with Kediss to spread lethal damage to all opponents. Secondary paths use fight spells and Vigor to grow Wolverine with +1/+1 counters, or suit him with Blackblade Reforged for a land-based one-shot. Wolverine, Claws Out acts as a hidden commander, doubling attacking Mutant power. The deck has no infinite combos; it wins through commander damage and Kediss splash.
