This deck is an Azorius tribal combat deck commanded by Millicent, Restless Revenant. Its primary game plan is to flood the board with low-cost flying Spirits in the early game, cast Millicent ahead of curve via affinity, and generate an exponential swarm of flying Spirit tokens whenever nontoken Spirits connect or die.
