Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Naya combat deck commanded by Toph, the First Metalbender, focused on turning lands and nontoken artifacts into resilient, aggressive creatures through the earthbend mechanic. The primary game plan develops mana on the first three turns, casts Toph on Turn 4 to begin animating lands into 2/2 haste creatures with built-in death recursion, and expands the board with powerful Naya beaters. On Turn 6, combat amplifiers such as Bumi, Unleashed, Badgermole, The Earth Crystal, and Sokka's Charge grant trample, double strike, and extra land combats to chunk life totals rapidly. Earthbent lands naturally return to the battlefield tapped when destroyed or exiled, insulating the deck's mana base against conventional sweepers. Supported by protection pieces like Heroic Intervention and asymmetric sweepers like Blasphemous Act with Terra Eternal, the deck finishes off the entire table through overwhelming combat damage by Turn 8.
