Deck overview

This deck is a specialized 5-color control and cheat archetype commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The primary game plan utilizes inexpensive mana rocks and efficient token generators such as Skrelv's Hive and Urabrask's Forge to deploy Jace by Turn 4. Upon entering, Jace immediately uses his −3 ability to exile a disposable token and reveal directly into high-mana-value game-ending permanents like Archon of Cruelty, Serra's Emissary, Sphinx of the Second Sun, or Archfiend of Despair. A secondary Superfriends and proliferate subtheme featuring Oath of Teferi, Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, and The Eternal Wanderer provides extensive board control and loyalty acceleration. The deck protects its board through efficient defensive spells like Flawless Maneuver and Ripples of Potential, while closing out games across three combat rotations via evasive aerial attacks, edict attrition, and life-loss doubling.
