Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai graveyard-landfall engine commanded by Teval, the Balanced Scale. The game plan revolves around rapidly filling the graveyard through self-mill, deploying the commander on curve, and generating compounding mana and token value on every attack. As lands and creatures enter the graveyard, Teval continually ramps lands back to the battlefield while spawning 2/2 Zombie Druid tokens. The deck features deep functional redundancy across self-mill enablers, land-recursion engines like Conduit of Worlds and Muldrotha, the Gravetide, and mass reanimation spells such as Living Death and Afterlife from the Loam. Once the graveyard is sufficiently filled, the deck transitions into critical onset around Turn 6 by resolving mass reanimation or massive token producers like Avenger of Zendikar alongside Wonder for evasive flying damage, or by sacrificing a massive Lord of Extinction to Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord to drain the table simultaneously.
