Nekusar, the Mindrazer by Sereus

Format: Commander

Commander: Nekusar, the Mindrazer

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Grixis (UBR) wheels-and-draw-punishment deck helmed by Nekusar, the Mindrazer. The primary game plan is to force opponents to draw extra cards through symmetrical draw effects (Font of Mythos, Anvil of Bogardan, Well of Ideas) and wheels (Wheel of Fortune, Windfall, Time Spiral), then convert those draws into damage via Nekusar, Orcish Bowmasters, Psychosis Crawler, and Niv-Mizzet, Parun. A secondary combo win uses Enter the Infinite + Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac, often cheated into play with Show and Tell or Omniscience. The deck also employs a heavy stax/chaos package (Possibility Storm, Hive Mind, Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir) to disrupt opponents while benefiting from its own massive draw engines. It lacks a dense tutor suite but compensates with an overwhelming volume of card draw.
