New Untitled Deck by Oakfu

Format: Commander

Commander: Council of Reeds

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Council of Reeds is a mono-blue token-copy engine. With a single noncreature spell before combat each turn, it creates exponentially more legendary Councils; because the legend rule is suspended for your creatures, those copies also trigger and multiply. The deck accelerates this loop with instant/sorcery copy effects (Cackling Counterpart, Quantum Misalignment) and clone permanents, while Valeria and Baral reduce costs and Mister Fantastic and Kindred Discovery draw cards. The primary win is a 40+ token combat alpha strike; secondary paths use Talrand drakes or copied opposing threats. No double-faced commander; no hidden commander, as the deck is built around Council itself. Protection and counters cover the engine and interaction.
